For brewing Zhongcha Mingzhu 1801 Liubao Tea, use a purple clay pot or coarse ceramic teapot to enhance mellow taste. Boil spring water to 100℃ and pour it along the pot wall. Warm the pot, add 8-10g tea, rinse twice quickly. For the 1st-3rd steeps, infuse for 5-10s; 4th-7th steeps, 10-15s; later steeps, 20-30s. Serve hot in white porcelain cups to enjoy its sweet, betel-nut scented and amber-colored soup.

Production Process

  • Automated Fermentation:Using the self-developed automatic fermentation production line for Liu Bao tea by Chinatea Wuzhou, it can automatically complete production steps such as piling, water adding, and discharging, with precise control over fermentation temperature and humidity. This realizes fully automated, non-contact fermentation for Liu Bao tea, ensuring more hygienic and safe production, while making the fermentation process data-visible and controllable.
  • Aging Process:Combined with Chinatea Wuzhou’s “one tea, multiple cellars; one tea, multiple storages” aging technology to further enhance tea quality.

Appearance Characteristics

  • Dry Tea:Dark brown and glossy, with tight and knotty strips, resembling black pearls, warm and jade-like in texture.
  • Soup Color:Bright red and transparent, just like amber.

Taste and Flavor

  • Taste:Sweet, mellow, and refreshing, with a faint betel nut aroma. The layers of flavor are rich and highly resistant to multiple steeps, similar to aged yellow rice wine—mellow but not strong, fragrant but subtle.
