Brewing suggestion:
Use a 100-120ml purple clay pot or Gaiwan, add 5-7 grams of tea (tea to water ratio 1:20), and maintain a water temperature of 95-100 ℃. After hot washing the tea set, add tea and high pour water. The first steeping lasts for 5 seconds to moisten the
tea. The first 3 steeps last for 10-15 seconds to release the tea, and then gradually extend for 5-10 seconds. Adjust according to the taste to fully display the charm of the tea set.
