Raw Materials and Craftsmanship

• Raw Materials: Selected high-quality sun-dried green tea leaves of Yunnan big-leaf variety, most of which come from high-altitude tea gardens in Menghai, Xishuangbanna. These tea leaves are rich in internal substances, laying a solid
  foundation for the tea quality.
• Craftsmanship: The tea is made through artificial pile fermentation, screening, sorting, blending, and pressing. During the fermentation process, experienced tea makers precisely control factors such as temperature and humidity to
  ensure moderate fermentation, which maintains the due mellow taste and avoids the bitterness caused by over-fermentation.

Quality Characteristics

• Appearance: The cake shape is round, the tea strips are tight, the color is reddish brown, and golden hairs are still visible.
• Soup Color: The soup color is thick red and bright, as attractive as red wine.
• Aroma: It has a strong and long-lasting aged fragrance, accompanied by the sweet fragrance of lotus root starch, jujube, light fruit, and quiet wood.
• Taste: The taste is mellow, delicate and sweet, with a refreshing aftertaste in the throat, good consistency, obvious glutinous feeling, and long-lasting sweetness.
• Tea Dregs: The tea dregs are reddish brown, full of toughness and vitality.

Brewing Suggestions

• Tea Set Selection: Purple clay pots and covered bowls can be used to better display the aroma and charm of the tea.
• Tea Amount: Taking a 110ml covered bowl as a reference, it is recommended to put 7-9g of tea.
• Water Temperature: Brew with boiling water, as high water temperature helps to stimulate the aroma and taste of the tea.
• Brewing Time: After 3 seconds of moistening the tea, each brewing time is 5-10 seconds. As the number of brewings increases, the brewing time can be appropriately extended.
